Askformations & Affirmations

Change the way you talk to yourself:

Your words shape your focus. Your focus shapes what you notice. And what you repeatedly give your attention to can influence the way you think, feel, act, and experience your life.

Affirmations are statements you intentionally repeat to reinforce a belief, identity, feeling, or desired way of being.

Askformations take a different approach. Instead of telling yourself what is true, you ask questions that invite your mind to look for possibilities and new perspectives.

Think of affirmations as declaring and askformations as inviting.

Affirmations help you practice thinking from the version of yourself you are becoming. The goal isn't simply to repeat words. It's to practice the identity and mindset behind them.

Askformations turn empowering statements into questions that encourage your mind to search for answers. Questions create curiosity, and curiosity directs your attention toward possibilities, evidence, opportunities, and new ways of thinking.

The Benefits:

Shift Your Inner Dialogue — Replace repetitive negative thoughts with intentional, empowering language.

Direct Your Attention — Train your focus toward what you want to notice more of.

Build Your Self-Concept — Practice becoming the version of yourself you want to embody.

Create Possibility — Askformations encourage your mind to search for answers instead of limitations.

Support Confidence — Reinforce self-trust, worthiness, capability, and possibility.

Notice More Good — Become more aware of progress, opportunities, synchronicities, and positive experiences.

How to Use Them:

Morning: Choose 3–5 affirmations or askformations. Read them, say them aloud, or write them down.

During the Day: When an old thought appears, redirect your attention with a new affirmation or question.

Journaling: Write an askformation at the top of a page and let your mind answer it. Follow wherever the answers lead.

Before Sleep: Repeat a few favorites while you're relaxed. Don't force belief—let the new thought become familiar.

The Simple Formula:

Affirmation = I declare it.
Askformation = I question it.
Attention = I notice it.
Action = I move toward it.
Repetition = I make it familiar.

You don't have to force yourself to believe something overnight. Give your mind a new possibility. Ask better questions. Practice better thoughts. Choose the identity you're stepping into.

And let your attention start finding more of what you're looking for.
